I just went through the 85 tracks and generously counted those which I could be genuinely excited about (if I were planning on buying the game; the husband might want to buy it eventually). I counted exactly 9.
Though of course I have a vested interest in the Beatles and want them to come out on top, it will be interesting indeed who will win the battle all the same.
haha, I counted 9 too, I wonder if they’re the same. I’ve actually managed to get a couple of my friends really excited about Beatles Rock Band. Not excited enough to pitch in to BUY Beatles Rock Band, quite unfortunately, but I think as more people learn about it and things like the harmonies, they come to realize that it’s pretty cool even for people who aren’t Beatles-obsessed.
I also find that people stick to either Rock Band OR Guitar Hero. Maybe that’s just in my larger circle of peers, but they react sort of like the people who love Facebook and hate Twitter and those who love Twitter and hate Facebook.
