Question
Which (any?) of you have tattoos? What are they of? Were they painful?
Of course, you needn’t answer, but I am curious. (And the more I think about the idea of getting a tattoo of that Newsom quote from earlier, the more seriously I am considering it. I plan to think about it long and hard as a Real Possibility).
Advice?
I have one tattoo and am trying to save up for another two (both wrists or both forearms). My tattoo is on my back, here’s what it looks like. It didn’t really hurt that much. At some points it did feel like a needle going into my skin, but mostly it was more like a pointy tickled sensation. I guess because I was expecting it to be really painful and I’m deathly afraid of needles, the reality was much better than that.
I am definitely all about tattoos. I say go for it. I kinda wish I had an endless supply of money/time for all the tattoos I’d get.
