Re-blogging for one of my favorite movies of all time, but not watching since this part always makes me cry and I’m at work right now…I don’t feel like crying in a public place!
My sister and I were playing some online trivia game a couple of weeks ago and it was first lines of a musical. We got to “Nants ingonyama bagithi Baba” and she sat there perplexed and I started chanting this song and she couldn’t stop laughing at me. Good times!
I also never let my guy turn off the cab tv when the commercial for the musical inevitably starts playing. I literally smack his hand away and I think I once said something like “why are you ruining my only moment of joy?!?!”
All of this to say that, um, yeah, I kinda love this movie and all the music in it.
